Maximize is a secure website hosted by SEED Protocol. OU CIRS staff members have access to school personnel names and email addresses so that they can register them in the system and offer technical support. When data are downloaded from the website for any purposes (research or analytics), names and email addresses are never included in the download. Names and email addresses are never shared with other entities for any purpose without prior consent.
